You have rights and responsibilities - no matter what happens in your relationship with the child’s other parent and no matter what happens in your relationships with other people.

This booklet will help you to understand the legal side of parenting. It will highlight things that stay the same, and things that change, when you separate or divorce from your child’s other parent.
