Many people rent places to live. This booklet reviews the legal rights and duties of tenants and landlords in Saskatchewan. Tenants and landlords who know their legal position are better able to set up rental arrangements that meet their needs. They are also more likely to work out fair solutions if problems come up. As well, this booklet discusses where to go for help if a landlord and tenant cannot work out their problems.
