In Saskatchewan, the Small Claims Court is part of the Civil Division of the Provincial Court. This Court is presided over by a Judge of the Provincial Court. It provides a simpler and less expensive way to resolve disputes. Most parties are not represented by lawyers, although parties can choose to be represented by lawyers.
