YOUTH AND SCHOOLS

PLEA's Youth and Schools Program strives to promote the integration of law-related education (LRE) into schools. We offer a variety of classroom resources for teachers and students, including teacher's manuals, information on court visits, mock trials, a newsletter and youth publications.  Teachers may also Request a Speaker to come into their classrooms to speak on a variety of topics.

High School Resources

Created by a team of legal writers and educators, PLEA's high school resources can fulfill objectives for a wide variety of subject areas. Each resource deals with law-related education as it applies to Saskatchewan, and is written with the Saskatchewan Education curricula specifically in mind.

Middle Years Resources

PLEA's teaching resources for the middle-years are designed to introduce students to law-related concepts with effective, innovative content and lessons.

Elementary Resources

Elementary teacher resources from PLEA range from tools for building the conceptual frameworks for law-related education in elementary education to colouring books and workbooks to use with students.
